Healthy Eating is More Than the Foods You Eat
The balanced plate in the Food Guide focuses on balanced meals (and proportions). As we mentioned before, there is more to this guide than “what to eat”. There is also an emphasis on how, when, with who, etc. In other words, it is important to also focus on behaviours that support healthy eating, including:
