Newly arriving Temporary Foreign Workers will be given "Home Test Kits". The "Home Test Kit" is for the workers to conduct a self-administered Covid-19 test on day 10 of their 14 day quarantine.

Relationships with family and friends are important, and being social is part of human nature. It offers a multitude of benefits for our mental health and helps us feel connected to one another. Right now, it is important to maintain social connections, but also do what we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19. There are many things you can do to make social gatherings special, but still protect those you care about.
In light of recent outbreaks on farms in our region, the WECHU has additional recommendations to help prevent transmission of COVID-19 amongst temporary foreign workers after they’ve completed their 14-day quarantine/isolation.
- Employers must house self-isolating workers in accommodations that are separate from those not required to self-isolate.
If your workplace employs temporary foreign workers, both the employers and workers are required to fulfill certain obligations.
