Reporting Structure

This report provides a status summary for Intervention Work Plans (IWP) in the 2025 Annual Service Plan that were active during Q4 (October 1 through Dec 31).

The project lead for each active IWP was asked to provide a progress report on their work. The status updates consisted of the following categories:

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) is encouraged by strong immunization compliance across the region, with over 93.1% of students in Windsor and Essex County currently meeting Ontario’s school immunization requirements under the Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA) R.S.O.1990 (ISPA).
