Partners of the Windsor-Essex Community Opioid and Substance Strategy (WECOSS) and the Windsor-Essex Ontario Health Team gathered Wednesday to launch a new mental health and addictions service inventory for those looking for help in Windsor and Essex County.

The Substance Supports in Neighbourhoods Accessed through Police Partnerships (SSNAPP) team, comprised of the Windsor Police Service, Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, and the City of Windsor, is excited to announce the launch of Neighbourhood Safety Plans for community members in the Downtown (N9A), South Central (N8X), Walkerville and East Windsor (N8Y), and South Walkerville (N8W) areas.

If you live in the Town of LaSalle and had previously obtained Potassium Iodide (KI) pills, they are nearing their expiration date. LaSalle residents will be able to pick up a new package of KI pills at the LaSalle Civic Centre located at 5950 Malden Rd, LaSalle on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, between 2pm to 7pm.
