The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) is hosting a series of catch-up immunization clinics for students in secondary schools who have received a suspension order.

Who is eligible?

Students currently enrolled in secondary schools and have received a suspension order

What is required to attend the clinic?

  • Suspension order.
  • Yellow immunization card or immunization records from a health care provider.

Not sure which vaccines your child needs?

Parents/guardians unsure about which vaccines the child requires for the 2022/2023 school year can visit https://wechu.icon.ehealthontario.ca/ (the child’s health card number will be required to login) or call 519-258-2146 ext. 1222.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, you should not attend a clinic.
