BACKGROUND/PURPOSE
To ensure the Board of Health receives, reviews and has oversight on all governance related matters for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, this document is being presented for approval by the board. The board workplan provides structured updates on the operational responsibilities as it relates to the organization’s strategic plan and ministry requirements. Also for approval is the proposed 2027 Board of Health, Governance Standing Committee, and Finance & Audit Committee meeting schedules.
