Healthy Babies Healthy Children (HBHC) Program

The Healthy Babies Healthy Children (HBHC) is a free, voluntary home visiting program led by a Public Health Nurse. We support pregnant individuals and families with children from birth until entry to school.

HBHC provides in-home support in the following areas: 

  • Prenatal Education
  • Breastfeeding/Infant feeding
  • Postpartum and Newborn care
  • Growth and Development Milestones
  • Parenting Support 
  • Maternal Health/Well-being
  • Housing/Financial
  • Newcomer Support
  • Food Security
  • Access to Community Resources

HBHC is a FREE Program!
