Property File Search and Septic Tank Search Request
Freedom of Information Request form
Please complete the Freedom of Information Request form to initiate a records search related to properties and/or septic tanks.
The following fees apply for each individual address request (i.e. if multiple addresses are requested, they will be charged separately).
Property File Search - $45.20
(includes HST)
Records of any outstanding work orders and/or inspection reports (for existing premises, such as a restaurant).
Septic Tank Search - $101.70
(includes HST)
Records for septic tanks dating from 1972 to 2007.
Important Information:
- A file search will be conducted with the information provided, however, not all searches are successful.
- The fee to complete the request is nonrefundable, regardless of the outcome.
- Record searches can take up to 30 days to complete.
