What is Cancer?
Cancer is a disease that starts in our cells. Cancer happens when the cells in our body stop working the way they should and start to form lumps and tumours that can spread to other parts of the body.
What is Cancer Screening?
Cancer screening means testing for cancer in your body. Screening for cancer is normally done on people who do not have any symptoms. Cancer screening detects pre-cancerous changes or cancers at an early stage.
