The Quit 4 Good Tobacco-Free Challenge is a five-week challenge beginning on World No Tobacco Day 2017, May 31 and ending on June 30, 2017. The challenge encourages tobacco-users to work towards quitting for good and provides eligible participants with chances to win prizes for taking part in the weekly challenges. Each week, you will be provided with reputable resources and information discussing the benefits of quitting. You will also receive helpful strategies and tips to help you Quit 4 Good. The focus for each week is as follows:

Week 1: Getting Started!

Understand your personal reasons for wanting to quit.

Week 2: Thinking about Quitting?  

Consider the positive and negative impacts of tobacco use, and reflect on the types of lifestyle changes that you may need to make in order to quit.

Week 3: Preparing to Quit.

Learn about the different strategies that you can use to stop using tobacco for good.

Week 4: Ready to Quit!

Learn about how you can manage triggers, cravings, and what to expect from withdrawal.

Week 5: Staying Tobacco-Free!

Avoid, Alter, and Accept!  We’ll discuss techniques to help you remain tobacco-free for good!
