The Gord Smith Healthy Workplace Awards program formally recognizes local workplaces that provide comprehensive workplace wellness programming to their employees. The program is available to all workplaces in Windsor-Essex County, regardless of the company size or how established the workplace wellness program may be.
The percentage of individuals in Windsor-Essex County who report that they experience work stress is presented below. The percentage of Individuals who reported that they felt work was quite a bit stressful or extremely stressful in the past 12 months is reported here. The impact that age and sex, as well as various social variables have on rates is also presented.
The Working Toward Wellness (WTW) Program provides resources, activities, and suggestions to support wellness initiatives in the workplace. Our Health Unit provides a high quality, flexible program that adapts to meet the needs of your workplace.
