Tobacco is legal for anyone over the age of 19 in Ontario. Those under 19 years of age are not able to buy tobacco products legally. It is illegal to supply or sell tobacco products to anyone under age. Unlike cannabis, there is no law in place for someone under the age of 19 to possess tobacco products.
