A Public Health Inspector conducted a complaint investigation at the facility. Single-use items/tools were not discarded immediately after each use. 

Education provided to the operator on proper storage requirements of disinfected reusable equipment; and the operator voluntarily disposed of used single-use items/tools during the investigation. 

Follow-up re-inspection scheduled.
