Those uncertain about their eligibility should contact their health care provider prior to receiving a vaccine. Prior to being vaccinated, individuals in these groups should consult with their treating provider to determine the exact timing of their vaccination.

One additional dose of a HC authorized vaccine 28 days after your previous dose.
A booster dose of a HC authorized vaccine 3 months after your second dose (if aged 18 or older) or 6 months after your second dose (if aged 12 to 17).
A fourth (booster) dose of a HC authorized vaccine 6 months after your third dose (if aged 12 to 17) or 3 months after your third dose (if aged 18 or older).

Children 5 to 11 must be accompanied by their custodial parent or guardian to receive a vaccine and will be required to present a health card or other form of identification.
This site is also a catch-up immunization clinic for vaccinations under the Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA). Learn more [11].

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-3:45pm (closed for lunch 12:30pm - 1:30pm)
Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00am-5:45pm (closed for lunch 2:00pm - 3:00pm)
