CareLink Health Transit

CareLink Health Transit provides accessible transportation services for clients for medical appointments, social activities or shopping trips.

In addition to these services, non-urgent stretcher transportation is also available both for local and long distance appointments when scheduled in advance.

Eligibility

To ride the CareLink Health Transit system, you must be either:

• Age 55+
• Age 17+ travelling for medical appointments
• Age 17+ living with a disability and travelling for social activity
• Please note: Children under 17 travelling for medical appointments may also be eligible as long as they’re not in a car seat.
