Infection Prevention And Control (IPAC) Investigations
This page contains reports of Infection Prevention And Control (IPAC) lapses received from a complaint or referral, or through communicable disease surveillance. Identification of lapses is based on an assessment and investigation, and these are triggered when potential IPAC lapses are brought to the attention of the local medical officer of health.
