Resiliency Rocks! A toolkit aimed at students in grades 1 – 3 which covers topics such as empathy, perseverance, working together, and self-esteem.
The toolkit is available through the Healthy Schools Department Public Health Nurse assigned to your school, or by contacting the departmental clerk at 519-258-2146 ext. 1555
The Strong Minds Strong Kids organization has evidence-based programs which span grades 1 – 12, offering teachers lessons and activities targeting stress education and skill development.
