Promoting Early Development For Newborns to Age 5 is provided in partnership with Children First, the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, and Ontario Early Years Centres.
- Children First staff provide developmental screening and behaviour consultations.
- Public Health Nurses provide screening on nutrition.
- Ontario Early Years Centre staff provide snacks and activities for children.
