Cost: $42 (including taxes)
Cost includes course materials, a probe thermometer, and the examination fee.

Windsor Day Classes

  • Tuesday, January 6, 2009   9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    One hour exam at 9 a.m. Tuesday, January 13    
  • Tuesday, March 3, 2009   9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    One hour exam at 9 a.m.  Tuesday, March 10

 

Windsor Evening Class

  • Tuesdays, April 20 & 27  6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
    One hour exam at 6 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2009

 

Windsor Re-certification Classes (9 a.m. to 12 p.m. includes 1 hour exam)
The cost is $10.50 and is offered to individuals currently working in the food industry to update their knowledge with industry standards and legislation, as well to ensure they hold a valid food safety certificate.

  • Wednesday, April 1, 2009  9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Leamington Day Classes

  • Thursday, January 15, 2009  9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    One hour exam at 9 a.m. Thursday, January 22
  • Thursday, March 5, 2009  9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    One hour exam at 9 a.m. Thursday, March 12

 

Leamington Re-certification Class (9 a.m. to 12 p.m. includes 1 hour exam)
